I do change the "duration of silence" to up to 5ms but that doesn't help.Pay-as-you-go: the user purchases a transfer package, which gets reduced with use, without any time limits or subscriptions If I do the "split by silences" option, I get an error of "too many files" and the files I do get are all a second to 5 seconds long. Is there a updated useable Slice Audio Splitter program that is available and I just don't see it? If not, how am I using the new program wrong? I want to split the file up by silences (audiobook and that usually where the chapters are). I have tried multiple times to split with this new program and I keep getting weird files and/or a error saying too many files. I loved the Slice program because all it did was split and it was easy to figure out. Its a completely different program, and I cant get it to work properly (figuring out how to split files). Downloading the "updated version" gives me Wavepad. I loved the program and wanted to use it on my new computer. I have had and used the Slice audio Splitter from NCH on a previous computer.
